Packaging and palletising systems for efficient end-of-line processes: with around 300 employees, transnova-RUF GmbH develops and implements high-performance packaging machines and systems for the automation of end-of-line processes. Our focus is on intelligent solutions for packaging automation and palletising systems that efficiently connect production lines with logistics and distribution.
At the end of every production run, the efficiency of end-of-line processes dictates economic viability, process reliability, and delivery capability. Our automated packaging and palletising solutions ensure that products are prepared for transport, storage, and trade reliably, quickly, and optimally.
The focus is always on our customers' individual packaging requirements. We develop packaging and palletising solutions that are precisely tailored to products, processes and performance requirements – with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing costs and sustainably optimising processes.
Our experienced engineers in sales, development and project planning accompany projects from the initial conceptual idea to the turnkey system. Through the use of modular machine concepts, flexible and scalable systems are created for the most diverse requirements of end-of-line packaging. The result is high-performance packaging and palletising systems that offer maximum efficiency, reliability and future-proofing. Management
The people behind transnova-RUF
The management of transnova-RUF GmbH combines entrepreneurial vision with technical expertise. Dr Klaus-Peter Ruf founded the company in 1993, focusing consistently on robotics for packaging and palletising right from the start. Michael Ruf is responsible for National & International Sales. Martin Ruf heads technical development as Head of Design and Software (holder of power of attorney).

Our Team
Highly qualified personnel for complex mechanical engineering
Complex packaging and palletising systems require highly skilled specialists. As an established medium-sized company, we invest purposefully in the training and development of our employees. We train our own electronics technicians for automation technology as part of a scholarship system – a sustainable way of securing qualified skilled personnel available for the long term.
More than 75 engineers and specialists work in development and engineering on innovative packaging and palletising solutions. The result: high-performance systems based on the latest mechanical engineering technology, realised in cooperation with leading component and system partners.
