With the Robot Flex Line RV‑400, transnova‑RUF offers a highly flexible robotic packaging solution for these requirements. The bags are picked directly from the running infeed belt using a line tracking function, without interrupting the product flow. An integrated 3D inspection sensor precisely detects the position and shape of the products, enabling safe pick-up by the picker robot. The system processes a wide variety of packaging types, from wrap-around cartons to trays with or without lids, and also handles secondary packaging in trays for 4 to 6 primary packages. Thanks to gentle yet highly dynamic robotics, maximum flexibility is achieved with optimal product protection.
