Trayformers and tray loading from a single source: Our compact solutions cover the entire process – from erecting to filling to sealing. On just 2.5 square metres, 3 robots achieve an output of 150 products per minute.

Tray former and robot loading in a top-loading process are combined by transnova-RUF in a compact system: up to 20 erected trays per minute combined with 150 packaged products per minute, achieved using a 3-robot system on a footprint of just 2.5 square metres.

Alongside the closed tray, we also use the same basic concept to implement open basket formats for the fresh produce and display sectors, as well as traypacker systems that combine blank destacking, erecting and robot-assisted loading in a single line. Format changes between tray, basket and traypacker variants take place without the need for a separate system. These variants are used across various industries – from the food and beverage industry to retail with display-ready sales units.
