Producing mixed packaging directly in the end-of-line packaging process: Using vision systems and flexible robotic technology, various types are reliably identified and packed in the desired position. We implement two fundamental concepts: inline mix-packing in production and offline solutions in distribution.

Mixed-goods picking using a Unipicker cell: Product recognition is carried out by a vision system – automatically and with process reliability.

2 types of waffles via sequencer with freely determinable order of types, subsequent layer formation and top-loading. Up to 300 products per minute.

Intermediate buffer optimisation

Surplus quantities of proportionally undersupplied varieties are buffered. After retooling, the buffer is fed to the mix-pack centre.
