6 Robots: Large packaging

Robot-Flexline for corrugated board large packaging: 6 robots assemble different corrugated board parts and fix them onto disposable pallets.

Refrigerators: 8 Formats

Up to 8 different sizes in stochastic order. One robot picks the correct blank, a second one inverts the carton over the product in a screwing motion.

Patterns with colour dip bath

The grouping robot picks up cartridges and dips them into a paint bath. The packing robot with a multi-gripper places the painted cartridges into folding boxes.

Paper rolls: 50 sizes

Grouping robot creates formations with consideration for plug axes. Covers approximately 50 different roll formats and packing patterns.

Control cabinets: 3-robot line

Robot-Flex-Line with 3 robots: Product handling, cutting handling and palletising in an integrated system.
