Packaging robot as box erector

At low carton output, the packing robot takes on a dual function: erecting and filling cartons. A separate carton erector is not required – this is particularly economical in the lower performance range.

Shelf-ready packaging

Grouping robots and packing robots work in tandem: product alignment in the shelf-ready carton can be varied as desired. Maximum flexibility for POS packaging in retail.

Sideloading with Unipacker

The economic option for simple packaging schemes: folding boxes are formed in a stack pre-grouping and packed via sideloading by the Unipacker.

Tray unipicker

The Unipicker flexibly inserts folding boxes into trays. Product alignment can be freely adjusted – with minimal format changeover times and almost no format parts.
