The deep drawing machine produces articles of 6 × 8. A regrouping robot and two packing robots can handle 380 blister packs per minute at 24 cycles.

Pre-grouping by a two-lane clock pulse storage chain. Packaging in horizontal and vertical formation in trays.

The 5 blister packs are pre-grouped. The vacuum gripper is precisely adapted to the product contour using 3D printing – for maximum product protection.
