For every non-food application, transnova-RUF develops a custom system layout, precisely tailored to product geometry, cycle rate and existing line integration. A compact design, robust construction and modular expandability ensure adaptability to new product variants and increasing production volumes.

transnova-RUF supplies, among others, the electrical and electronics industry (refrigerators, control cabinets), the paper and printing industry, the chemical and household products industry, as well as manufacturers of batteries and technical consumer goods – with systems for stochastic product sequences as well as for fixed format ranges.

Robot-assisted systems process multiple product variants in a stochastic sequence on the same line – as in the reference project with 8 refrigerator formats or around 50 paper roll formats. This lowers investment costs compared to separate lines for each variant and makes the system future-proof in the event of changing product portfolios.
