transnova-RUF GmbH is an internationally active, technologically leading supplier of machinery and systems for the automation of packaging and palletising processes. As a family-run business based in Ansbach with around 300 employees, we are looking for an automation technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- You will be independently programming applications in packaging, palletising, and automation technology – as part of a well-established, interdisciplinary team.
- From concept through to commissioning, both domestically and internationally, and final customer acceptance, you will accompany our machines and systems throughout the entire process.
- You implement customer and process specifications, in direct exchange with our customers.
- Together, you will drive the further development of our software standards – and thus actively shape the future of a unique company.
Your profile
- Completed degree or technician further training in the field of IT or automation technology
- Experience in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000
- Knowledge in network planning and parameterisation, as well as in scripting languages and databases
- You think across departments, quickly understand processes and implement them effectively.
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working – you know when to act independently and when to involve the team
- Good written and spoken English skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.
